Through our award-winning 15-month Intensive Immersion Program and Alumni Pathways programming, we train and mentor the next generation of innovators. Each step is designed to equip our young people with the technical knowledge, cultural grounding, and leadership skills needed to create meaningful change.

OUR PROGRAM PATHWAYS

INTENSIVE IMMERSION PROGRAM

Geniuses entering their second summer of our Intensive Immersion Program can join the Artificial Intelligence track, where they design and complete capstone projects that apply responsible AI practices to real-world challenges.

MASTERY PROGRAMMING FOR ALUMNI

Alumni continue developing their skills while expanding their impact. These programs focus on technical training, entrepreneurship, and leadership so participants are prepared to drive innovation and social change in the AI field.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE STUDIO

The AI Studio offers advanced training, industry partnerships, and hands-on experience in six key areas of AI: machine learning, neural networks, robotics, expert systems, fuzzy logic, and natural language processing. It provides a space for young leaders to gain practical expertise and prepare for careers at the forefront of the industry.

NOMMOSPHERE: Ubuntu Meets Innovation

At The Hidden Genius Project, we’ve built NommoSphere—a culturally-grounded, innovative ecosystem that reimagines how youth, families, and communities learn, create, and lead in the age of AI.

Rooted in our holistic work with Black male youth and guided by the spirit of Ubuntu, the NommoSphere expands that foundation to create access and opportunity for learners everywhere. Powered by our multi-agent AI system, Kurami, it operates as a dynamic and secure network of specialized agents designed to optimize learning, efficiency, and performance across the ecosystem. 

Within this framework, one agent safeguards data and privacy, another manages access and ethical flow, and a central Super Agent synchronizes intelligence to maintain system-wide productivity and cohesion. Together, these agents enhance creativity, streamline collaboration, and translate insights into meaningful outcomes that strengthen both individual growth and collective innovation.
