Currently wrapping up his junior year at Oakland Tech, Barry Brand dreams of becoming a surgeon. He was accepted into a CHORI (Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute) student internship program where he’ll receive hands-on clinical research training this summer. As a lifelong Genius, Barry promises to visit us soon — after he finishes his AP exams.
